East Allen Educators Association (EAEA) is committed to our mission of organizing and educating teachers. We are driven by a single goal; to provide a collective voice for the education profession and public schools in our community. We represent the teachers in the district of East Allen County Schools and are members of the Indiana State Teachers Association (ISTA) and the National Educators Association (NEA).

Indiana statute mandates that school employers must allow teachers to have meaningful input on specific subjects through discussions with the exclusive representative of certificated employees (teachers union).
